The fastest way to reach us is by email: [email protected]. We do our best to reply within 1 hour during our working hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Need an urgent response? Include “Urgent” in the subject line of your meial and this will flag your message for priority attention!

If you’d prefer to speak with someone directly, you can call our head office at 0800 0588 500. However please note that during our peak season, the phone line is often unstaffed, so email remains the quickest way to get in touch.

Have you noticed a typo?

If you’ve spotted a typo in your design after placing your order, you may be able to make changes here, directly from your account area. However, we cannot guarantee that a design can still be edited once an order has been placed, especially if it has already been booked into production.

I need to change my artwork, but I’ve already placed my order. Is that possible?

In many cases, once an order has been placed, changes to the artwork are not possible due to the automated printing process. However, if your order hasn’t yet gone to print, please email us immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer discounts for NHS or emergency services employees?

Yes, we’re proud to support NHS staff and employees of other emergency services with a <strong>10% discount</strong>. Simply email us a photo of your service ID, and we’ll apply the discount to your order.
